Who is the controller with regards to your personal data?

The controller with regards to your personal data is the company Unlimit Recruitment, s.r.o., Registered Office: Cintorínska 9, Bratislava 811 08, Company registry number: 47 790 458, registered with the Commercial register of district court Bratislava I, division Sro, insertion No.: 99093/B.

What are purposes of the processing for which your personal data are intended and what is the legal basis for the processing?

Processing of personal data based on contract and on pre-contractual relations.

Regarding job-offers that are published on our website, we are processing personal data of contact persons – employees of natural or legal persons, that have published the job offers on our website, without consent in accordance with the performance of contract or pre-contractual relations.

Personal data obtained from data subject, who fills in contact form on our website, are processed for purposes of pre-contractual relations (for example on the request for information about vacancies) and we have right to process these personal data also without consent.

Processing of personal data based on given consent.

We may process personal data of a person seeking employment to the extent to which they are contained in his/her Curriculum Vitae (e.g. CV) or his/her personal LinkedIn Profile only: for the purpose of inclusion in our electronic database of persons seeking employment and once we have obtained his/her voluntary consent to the processing of stated personal data. We may obtain consent to the processing of stated personal data directly from a data subject (a person seeking employment) or from third party (LinkedIn, Profesia).

You have right to withdraw your consent to processing of your personal data at any time by clicking on hyperlink that are contained in newsletter (disclaimer) that have been sent to you or you can send the withdrawal by email at: info@unlimitrecruitment.com.

Which persons have access to your personal data?

We use services that are provided by external suppliers, who may process personal data. Processors are as follows: companies - suppliers of IT services, provider of HR application Recru, of domain administration and of web-hosting, and our contractual partner who performs recruitment services for us.

We take great care, that all our suppliers comply with existing laws, that they are bound by confidentiality and that they process your personal data only to the extent that is necessary for fulfilment of concluded contracts and that they adequately protect your personal data according to requirements of GDPR, international standards and relevant legal acts.

For how long do we store your personal data?

Your personal data are stored throughout the duration of a contract and for a period prescribed by the law to the extent that processing is necessary for archiving purposes, for a period to the extent that processing is necessary for establishing legal claims or for a period to the extent that processing is necessary to achieve the purpose.

Personal data, that are obtained for the purpose of pre-contractual relations from persons who fill in contact form on our website, are processed for a maximum period of 1 year, unless the contract is concluded, by the end of that period personal data are be erased from our system.

Personal data, that are obtained for the purpose of inclusion in our electronic database of persons seeking employment, are processed for a maximum period of 3 years, to which the consent was given, or until the consent is withdrawn.

What are your rights concerning processing of your personal data?

Right of access to the personal data

You have the right to obtain from us confirmation whether personal data concerning you being processed, and, where that is the case, you have right to access to the personal data.

Right to rectification

You have the right to obtain from us without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you.

Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)

We have the obligation to erase your personal data without undue delay when:

  • the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,

  • you withdraw consent on which the processing is based,

  • there is no other legal ground for the processing,

  • you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing,

  • you object to the processing and the personal data have been unlawfully processed,

  • your personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation,

  • your personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society.

The controller does not heed the request for erasure of personal data to the extent that processing is necessary:

  • for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information,

  • for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest,

  • for reasons of public interest in the area of public health,

  • for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes

  • for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request from us restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

  • the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data,

  • the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead,

  • we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,

  • you have objected to processing pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override those of yours.

Where processing has been restricted, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed:

  • with your consent

  • for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims

  • for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person

  • for reasons of important public interest.

Right to data portability

You have right to receive the personal data, which you have provided to us and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller (for example, in a situation you decide to change supplier of particular service). We are obliged to provide to you your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. (for example, XML or CSV).

Who do you turn to in order to get information concerning your personal data?

Our company does not designate a data protection officer.
