Job description, responsibilities and duties
In order to improve the architecture practice we are looking for individuals with architecture, business analysis or consulting background to form a team to develop, maintain, operate and promote the common architecture framework and deliver architecture content.
Responsibilities :
– analyze and consolidate long term target architecture visions and designs across functional areas, ensure consistency and completeness
– assure quality of architecture content across functional areas and different projects
– maintain and develop common architecture repository
– participate in the continuous improvement and development of the common architecture framework
– provide training and hands-on coaching to projects to promote and ensure adherence to the common architecture framework
– provide hands support for projects to discuss, understand and structure architecture relevant information, document and deliver architecture content and design
– analyze and assess architecture designs and determine fit to target architecture
– prepare management level materials on overarching architecture concepts and selected functional topics

Personality requirements and skills
– You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position (Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or similar).
– Proven experience in creating and implementing IT strategies and architectural frameworks
– Knowledge and experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
– Advanced knowledge of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
– Experience with cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
– Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, OCEP, OCUP) are an advantage.
