Technical IT Business Analyst Wanted! (insurance/banking)

Náplň práce

Your main resposibilities will be:
• Identifying, assessing and documenting business requirements in direct communication with customer (excellent english communication skills needed)
• As the liaison between Business and IT, translating business needs into IT solutions
• Defining and cerating technical requirements, acceptance criteria, system integrations, user interfaces and business rules to describe system behavior
• Configuring IT application in accordance with the business requirements
• Collaborating with Consulting Team and key stakeholders to prioritize project tasks, discuss high-level requirements and provide status of overall project
• Coordinating sprints and deliveries during conceptualization, design and implementation phase
• Planing and executing System/Functional/User Acceptance Testing if needed (current testing team located in India)

In the future, occasional travel may be required for education or specific project activities (EU, UK)

Požiadavky

• Degree-level education (min. Bachelor Degree)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar position focused on SW development
• Strong technical understanding and experience with all the phases of SDLC cycle
• Experience in agile work methodologies
• Previous Insurance and/or banking experience preferred
• Excellent english verbal and written communication skills (B2/C1)
